Carrot Raitha



Ingredients:

Carrot - 3 - Grated
Curd - 1/2 cup
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together and your raitha is ready.

Note:

-> You can also add green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
-> Excellent diet food. Can have with chappathi/roti
