Chicken Fry



Ingredients:

Chicken(Boneless) - 1/2 lb
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon - 1/2 Lemon
Kesar color - A pinch(optional)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 4 tsp

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients, except oil. Leave the marination for whole night in freezer.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and fry until cooked.



Hint:

-> Excellent combo for Biriyani, fried rice, and try with curd rice....Mmmm...yummy!!
